Indianapolis Colts RB Donald Brown ruled out of Sunday’s game against Tennessee

Indianapolis Colts RB Donald Brown will miss the third game of his rookie season.

Brown, the Colts’ first-round selection in the 2009 NFL Draft, has been ruled out of Sunday’s game against Tennessee because of a chest injury sustained last week against the Houston Texans. The Colts also have ruled out DE Keyunta Dawson (knee), S Aaron Francisco (ankle), WR Anthony Gonzalez (knee)  and K Adam Vinatieri (right knee).

The Colts’ final injury report of the week, released Friday listed the following players as questionable: DE Dwight Freeney (abdomen), LT Charlie Johnson (foot) and QB Jim Sorgi (right shoulder).

The Colts’ Friday injury report:

* Did not participate: Brown, Dawson, Francisco, Gonzalez, Johnson, Sorgi, OT Tony Ugoh (knee).

* Full participation: RB Joseph Addai (knee), S Antoine Bethea (not injury related), MLB Gary Brackett (foot), OG Kyle DeVan (shin), Freeney), CB Kelvin Hayden (knee), LB Ramon Humber (calf), CB Tim Jennings (ankle), QB Peyton Manning (glute), DE Robert Mathis (neck), CB Jerraud Powers (knee), OG Jamey Richard (shoulder), TE Tom Santi (hand), C Jeff Saturday (calf), WR Reggie Wayne (foot).

The following players are probable: Addai, Brackett, DeVan, Hayden, Humber, Jennings, Manning, Mathis, Powers, Richard, Santi, Saturday, Ugoh, Wayne.

Bethea is expected to play after resting Wednesday.
