Good afternoon . . .
Had a thought/request I’d like to pass on to IFR readers. In keeping with the week’s gear-up-for-the-2009 NFL Draft theme, I’d like people to give me your top three draft-day scenarios for the Colts at No. 27.
Something like this:
Scenario 1. Peria Jerry, DT, Ole Miss. This is the ideal choice for the Colts. Fills a defensive tackle need.
Scenario 2. Evander Hood, DT, Missouri. With Jerry having been selected three selections before, the Colts feel fortunate that Hood is available at No. 27.
Scenario: 3. Kenny Britt, WR, Rutgers. With Jerry and Hood gone, Colts opt to replace Marvin Harrison.
Send it to IFROehser@aol.com. Go as long in as much detail as you’d like and remember, there’s no right or wrong way.
Now, I’ll admit:
I’m being a bit lazy, and I’m in full draft-preparation mode generating lists and idea, so I haven’t had a chance to completely get my mind around every possibility out there. I’m sure many readers have . Also, from what I can tell from some of the comments I’ve been getting on some posts, a lot of IFR readers have thought this out as well as anyone.
So, what do you say? Help a guy out.
My hope is to make it a pretty extensive “Hey . . Oehser” segment later this week.
